I grew up in an extended family, on a homestead in rural Minnesota.   Childhood was a continual wealth of lessons in frugal living, gardening, self sufficiency, home-making and finding ways to live well on a modest income.

Today, many people are longing for a simpler way of life and are relearning the skills our ancestors depended upon to live simply and save money.  I will be sharing the skills I learned as a child as well as things I have learned along the way.

I hope you find them helpful!
